Established for over 35 years we have major contracts with local authorities, utility companies and businesses throughout the UK.
As a result of continuous business growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our Contracts team.
Hours: Full Time – 08:30 – 17:00 Monday to Friday (40 hours per week) – P/T hours for this position maybe considered
Skills/Experience required
- MS Office Suite: Primarily Excel, Word, and Outlook
- GCSE Maths and English minimum
- Minimum of 1 year’s customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Main Duties:
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients
- Assist, when necessary, with the general administration of the Contracts Department
- Work closely alongside the Contracts Manager
- Ensure costings are completed prior to final invoicing
- Complete the monthly reports

£22,000 – £24,000 p/a (depending on experience)
